I am a Licensed Psychologist who offers psychological services in Greensboro NC. I have a general practice helping individuals and couples overcome mood disorders, anxiety orders, and relationship difficulties to help them live more full and productive lives.

While I see all ages and genders, the majority of my practice is dedicated to helping female children, adolescent females, college aged females, and young adult women (under 45) deal with women's issues including:
  • Eating disorders
  • Career searches
  • Low self esteem
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Fertility issues
  • Relationship issues
  • Adolescent issues
  • Women's issues
  • Stress management
  • Grief and loss
  • Life changes and transitions
  • Parent/child relationship difficulties
  • Parent training
  • Personal growth
I have over thirteen years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy. My training has enabled me find the right therapeutic approaches that can help my clients overcome their problems. I strive to create a safe and confidential environment in which the client feels comfortable. I am also an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro where I coach executives from all over the country, and also teach conflict resolution classes.
My approach is positive, affirming, and nurturing, yet, at times, confrontational if need be. I also incorporate humor in my therapy sessions when appropriate. Since I strive to give my clients access to the best therapies available I stay current of the studies and technology so I can apply them to my practice as needed. Being on the cutting edge of research enables me to provide the BEST care possible and clients report that I am genuinely attuned to their needs.
