Dr. Bear typhical business hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00AM-7:00PM. Dr. Bear occasionally available after 7 PM on weekdays and also occasionally available on weekends and Holidays.
Clients should contact insurance company before client first appointment for authorizations and to determine client deductible or payment portion. The client's payment portion is due at the time of service. If client do not know client portion, Dr. Bear will collect my self-pay rates of $250 for a new intake, $175 for a 60-minute session, $150 for a 45-minute session, and $100 for a 30-minute session at the time of service. Couples sessions are $200 per hour. For psychological testing, I charge $225 per hour. Insurance companies do not always cover psychological testing, so it is the client's responsibility to verify their insurance benefits for psychological testing.
Yes, Dr. Bear accept most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, and HSA cards. Dr. Bear also accept checks and cash.
